12.12.11 Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services affirmed its ‘B’ long-term and ‘B’ short-term issuer credit ratings on Delta Bank JSC. The outlook is stable. The Kazakhstan national scale rating at ‘kzBB+’ is also affirmed.

By  October 27, 2011 resolution of the Board of Directors of  JSC "Delta Вank" Baglan Mamytaliyev is appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – member of the Management Board.

By October 10, 2011 resolution of the Board of Directors of  JSC "Delta Вank" Nurbol Samzayev is appointed the Chairman of the Board.

June 29, 2011 Moody’s Investors Service have withdrawn all ratings of Delta Bank for business reasons following an official request from Delta Bank.
