On guaranteed payment оf deposits guaranteed
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dd. December 28, 2011 № 524 -IV «On changing and amending some regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulating banking activity and financial organizations relating to risks minimizing» in case of compulsory liquidation of a system’s bank – participant after January 1, 2012 an organization carrying out mandatory deposits’ insurance makes to depositors for guaranteed deposits a guaranteed payment in the amount of deposit balance without interest incurred but to more than 5 000 000 (five million) tenge.
