Delta Bank JSC is a fast-growing financial institution offering a wide range of banking products and services with consideration of market offers and customers’ needs.

The Bank was founded on September 1, 1993, in Aktau on the initiative of large oil and gas companies in West Kazakhstan, and in the 18 years of its existence it has appreciably strengthened its positions on the country’s financial market.
Experience accumulated during this time, and the successes and achievements of previous years, have enabled the Bank to move to a new level of conducting business by combining strategic priorities in favor of versatility. In 2007, it became necessary to rebrand the Bank. This was mainly due to the adoption of a new strategy aimed at developing retail and small and medium business. In addition, the Bank was no longer industry-specific owing to a reduction in the share of oil industry customers in its customer base.

Year after year, the Bank’s team has been working to establish a full-service bank with a complete range of financial services, using best practices and modern banking technologies made necessary by the broadening opportunities for providing financial services.

Delta Bank has many partners and has cooperated with banks in CIS countries and other foreign countries for a number of years. They include Sberbank of Russia, Svyaz-Bank, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit Bank, Promsvyazbank, TransCapitalBank, Citibank, Commerzbank and VTB Bank Deutschland among others.
Delta Bank JSC has a regional network of 11 branches. The Bank’s plans include expanding its regional presence by opening additional branches.
The assets of Delta Bank JSC amount to 89,0 billion tenge,  its loan portfolio - 67.0 billion tenge. The Bank’s total capital amounts to 15.9 billion tenge (as of January 1, 2012).
