Nurbol Artykbayevich Samzayev

Graduated from the Kazakh State Management Academy in 1996,"Finances and credit".

Started the career of a financier in 1996 in the National Bank of the RK.

Held the positions of head of Corporate business division – deputy Managing director of Corporate finance department of JSC "Bank CenterCredit", Managing director, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kaspi Bank", Chairman of the Board of JSC "Bank "Astana – finance", Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Asyl Invest".

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Graduated from Taraz state University named after M.Kh. Dulati with specialization “engineer – economist”, Kazakh State national University named after Al – Farabi with specialization “lawyer”.

Worked in state bodies and organizations: the Prosecutor’s office, Astana; the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;the Ministry of economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan; RSE “Economic research institute” of the Ministry of economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2007 to 2009 worked in JSC “Sustainable Development Fund “Kazyna”; JSC “ National Welfare Fund “Samruk – Kazyna”.
Since 2009 in banking : 2009-2010 – Deputy Director of JSC “Temirbank”, Astana branch;  2010 – October 2011 – Deputy Chairperson of the Board of JSC “Bank “Astana –finance”.

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

He graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in 1988 with a degree in Automated Transformer Substation Control Systems. He received a graduate degree in economics in 1995 from the Market Institute of the Kazakh State Academy of Management.

He began his professional career at Granit Production Association in 1988. He has worked in the banking system since January 1992. He previously worked as manager of the department of automation and information support at Tsentrbank, manager of the information technology department and managing director of Narodny Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, managing director of ATF Bank JSC, vice president of ATF Leasing JSC and executive director of information technology at NK Kazmunaigaz.
